My recent spa day was quite disappointing. The initial experience involved a serious oversight in communication, and I felt uncomfortable throughout my time there due to various rude incidents. However, the facilities were lovely, and I appreciated some of the spa treatments offered, though the overall experience did not meet my expectations. The service was lacking, which detracted from what could have been a relaxing day.

Canyon Ranch offers a fantastic experience, combining top-notch wellness services with a peaceful atmosphere. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and the variety of fitness classes available kept things exciting. However, while the overall food quality is commendable, there were moments of repetition in the menu. The charm of the facilities is somewhat offset by the need for updates in certain areas.
